Every iCypic artwork is created individually in our studio. Each photograph is printed, enhanced with our unique icy effect, and carefully finished by hand to create a one-of-a-kind piece.

Because every order is made specifically for you, production begins after your purchase is confirmed.

Production Time

Please allow 2-3 business days for your iCypic artwork to be created before shipping.

During busy periods, holidays, or seasonal campaigns, production times may vary slightly. We always prioritize careful craftsmanship and quality to ensure your artwork meets our standards.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Czech Republic: 2–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, holidays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any available shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your iCypic artwork has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

iCypic is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
